RIVEROAK Technical College (RTC) held a scholarship breakfast in the RTC Student Center on December 12, 2017.

LPN Director Jenny Hurst welcomed those in attendance while students and guests ate breakfast compliments of the RTC Culinary Arts Program. Upon eating breakfast, the scholarships were handed out to the LPN students.
