Suwannee High and Suwannee Middle Schools (SHS & SMS) held their annual FFA Fall Round Up at the SHS Land Lab on October 27.

FFA members and alumni gathered with the community at the Land Lab in a festive evening full of information regarding FFA events for the remainder of this year.

Live music was provided by the SHS FFA Chapter while food was served to over 200 people in attendance. At the end of the evening, a cake auction was held to raise money for the FFA Chapter activities. Approximately $5,240 was raised during the cake auction.

SHS FFA Chapter Advisor, Sarah Trimm, said, "On behalf of all of Suwannee FFA, I would like to sincerely thank all of our community members and supporters who made the 2016 FFA Fall Round Up an overwhelming success. Thank you for your generous contributions to benefit the Suwannee FFA Alumni. This money will be used to provide scholarships, Career Development Event supplies, and instructional resources for agriculture education and FFA students in our community. We enjoyed hosting this event and fellowshipping with new and familiar faces. I look forward to what the future holds for our programs."
