Suwannee Academic Boosters (SAB) held a luncheon at RIVEROAK Technical College on October 27, honoring Suwannee High School (SHS) students who scored a four or a five on their Advanced Placement (AP) exams.
SAB President, John Hendrick, welcomed those in attendance followed by SHS Assistant Principal, Tammy Boggus, explaining why the students were being recognized.
The students honored were: Taylor Bartly, Timothy Choe, Matthew Dixon, Kaleb Dye, Krista Santos Fralick, Hannah George, Jessica Girard, Jamie Good, Luke Henderson, William Howell, Pascual Jahuey, Jordyn King, Savannah Leneave, Caitlin McCubbin, Alexandor McMillan, Samuel McMillan, Jesus Mendoza, Weslyn Paget, Bryce Puckett, Monica Ramerez, Ben Stavig, and Paige Tenbroeck.
Mrs. Boggus, says, “SHS AP students and teachers collaborate to share college level content and meet college expectation. Our students’ success validates their hard work and dedication. We are proud of our AP Program, our dedicated teachers, and our hard working students. We are proud to join with the Superintendent, School Board members, parents, and community members to celebrate the success of these students.”
