RIVEROAK Technical College (RTC) graduated 18 students from the practical nursing program on July 14 in the Suwannee High School Auditorium.

RTC Principal Mary Keen welcomed those in attendance while praising the graduates for dedicating their lives to the medical field.

The graduating students are:

Carrie Brannen, Brittany Brock, Taylor Cashmore, Lenora Dominion, Mallory Herron, Sandra Kabick, Kirsten Lee, John McGraw, Jill Poole, Macy Proveaux, Amanda Randall, Karis Rewis, Donald Sands, Kara Tomlinson, Bailey Watkins, Bonnie Webb, Chantel Williams, and Jessica Willis.

Select students received awards for outstanding academic and clinical success. The Outstanding Academic Award went to Jill Poole. The Outstanding Clinical Award was presented to Taylor Cashmore and Robert Sands.

RTC’s Practical Nursing Director Heather Barton says, "I am extremely proud of this group of students. I know each of them will be a great asset to the nursing profession. I wish them nothing but the best in their future endeavors."
