Suwannee High School (SHS) held the 27th annual Marvin E. Jones Scholarship Banquet on May 1, 2018 at Advent Christian Village.
In total, nine SHS students received a scholarship. Scholarship amounts were broke down into three different categories: finalist, runner-up, and the Marvin E. Jones Scholarship recipient. Finalists receive one $1,000 scholarship, runner-ups receive two $1,500 scholarships, and the Marvin E. Jones recipient receives four $5,000 scholarships.
