RIVEROAK Technical College (RTC) held a phlebotomy graduation on November 16, 2018 in the RTC Student Center.

Phlebotomy instructor Marivic Blackwell gave out special awards for certain students in the program. The following awards were given out:

Perfect Attendance – Dharma Bryan and Cassidy Padgett

Highest GPA – Joanna Padgett

First 100 Punctures – Briana Zonnevylle

Blackwell also recognized Joanna Padgett for already being hired.
