SHS Set to Host NCAA Meeting

Did you know a bad grade in a High School Class taken in 8th grade can make you ineligible for College Sports?

Any student (and their parents) who may one day play college sports should plan to attend Suwannee High School's NCAA meeting February 15 at 6pm. The meeting is scheduled to take place in the SHS Cafeteria.

SHS in conjunction with the School Advisory Council hosts

Annual NCAA Night 

Who: All student athletes (any level, any grade) and their parents/guardians

Where: Suwannee High School Cafeteria

When: Feb. 15, 2018 at 6pm

Why: Learn about the following: 

Academic Eligibility

Parents and students will learn about academic eligibility requirements for college sports. One mistake in middle or high school could cost a student his/her college athletic career. Learn the requirements and what to avoid now, before it's too late. 

Recruitment Process

Parents and students will learn about the college recruitment process and practical ways to get recruited in the future. Information in this part of the meeting will pertain to all level of college sports.
